Assetplan is a leading residential rental company with a presence in Chile and Peru, managing more than 40,000 properties and operating more than 90 multifamily buildings. The data team has a key role in optimizing and directing internal processes through data analysis and visualization solutions, supporting strategic decision making in the company. This role focuses on designing, developing and optimizing ETL processes, creating value through trusted and governed data.
In this context, the professional will join a multidisciplinary team to transform business needs into scalable data solutions that drive operational efficiency and information quality. The goal is to promote data governance, achieve useful dashboards and facilitate informed decisions throughout the organization.

Design, develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Python (Pandas, Numpy) and SQL to ingest and transform data from various sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and panels in Power BI, integrating strategic visualizations that accompany ETL processes and provide relevant insights for business areas.
Work collaboratively with different areas to interpret needs and translate them into data solutions that facilitate strategic decision making.
Promote quality, scalability and data governance during the design, development and maintenance of pipelines, ensuring robust and accessible solutions.
Communicate effectively with business and technology teams, aligning solutions with corporate objectives and generating measurable impact on the organization.

Requirements and profile
We are looking for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in data areas, in engineering or analysis roles that involve data manipulation and transformation. Knowledge of SQL at a medium level, Python (intermediate/advanced) with experience in Pandas and Numpy, and Power BI for dashboard development and maintenance will be an advantage. Advanced level of Excel is required for analysis and information processing. Experience in agile environments and collaborative development methodologies facilitates integration between technical and business teams. Knowledge of other data visualization and processing tools, as well as experience in data governance and quality, is valued to strengthen Assetplan's information ecosystem.

Desirable knowledge and skills

Experience in good governance practices and data quality will be a plus to strengthen Assetplan's information ecosystem.
