At Sellectia we connect talents! We are looking for a PCI Systems Design Engineer with experience in technical design, international regulations and hydraulic calculation tools.
We are looking for a detailed, autonomous profile with high technical rigor, capable of developing regulatory designs for fire protection systems, sprinklers, hydrants, BIEs, detection, alarm, signaling, supply, among others, in coordination with architecture and installation teams for European clients.
The position is aimed at a person with commitment, professional stability and availability to join a long-term technical project.
Main responsibilities
-Analyze technical documentation: plans, RFQ, PPTP, reports, budgets and technical specifications.
-Design complete PCI systems under NFPA, UNE, FM, RIPCI and RSCIEI regulations.
-Perform hydraulic calculations, equipment selection and technical modeling in 2D and 3D.
-Generate design sheets, single-line diagrams, exploded views, support and construction details.
-Prepare detailed technical documentation for approval, execution, end of work and legalization of projects.
-Coordinate with technical offices, architects, engineers and other specialists in remote mode.
-Ensure regulatory quality, documentary accuracy and technical compliance in all design phases.

Profile requirements
-Residence in LATAM.
-University training in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
-Proven experience of at least 5 years in PCI system design in a specialized installation or consulting company.
-Advanced command of AutoCAD and availability of own license.
-Knowledge of Revit.
-Management of EPANET or other hydraulic calculation tools.
-Practical knowledge of NFPA, UNE, FM, RIPCI, RSCIEI and other international regulations in the sector.
-Experience in designing PCI systems: sprinklers, hydrants, BIEs, detection, alarm, signaling, supply and hydraulic networks.
-Excellent technical writing, detail orientation and focus on regulatory compliance.
-Intermediate-advanced English, minimum B2.
-Ability to work autonomously, organized and focused on technical deliverables.
-Professional stability, responsibility and commitment to participate in a long-term project.
