At TRES60 we are looking for a Technical Management Engineer Technical Owner IT/OT, for a strategic role focused on the design, management and leadership of technological services in industrial and mining environments.\nWhat does this role do?\nDesigns and defines solutions (not just implements): architecture, standards, roadmaps and end-to-end improvements for IT/OT services.\nActs as technical owner of the service: ensures compliance with SLAs/KPIs, operational continuity and incident/problem management.\nTechnically leads teams and suppliers: prioritizes, coordinates, unblocks and ensures execution with technical criteria.\nManages service governance: risks, changes, documentation, reportability and relationship with stakeholders/client.\n We are specifically looking for profiles that have:\nTraining in Civil Engineering (exclusive).\nVerifiable experience in the design of technological solutions (architecture, service development, definition end-to-end).\nManagement capacity and technical leadership, with strategic vision (not just implementation).\nExperience in IT/OT services, operational continuity and high criticality environments (ideally mining).\n Work modality\n 100% remote, with punctual trips to the field according to project requirements.\n We offer:\nComplementary health insurance.\nNational Holidays and Christmas bonus.\nExcellent work environment and collaborative work in team.\nContinuous training and constant professional development.\nParticipation in challenging projects with high operational impact.",
