At BC Tecnología we are an IT consultancy that creates agile teams for different areas and integrates them into financial services, insurance, retail and government clients. We have been designing solutions for 6 years, with a focus on agile methodologies, organizational change and product development. In this role, we will support the evolution of processes, systems and technological platforms through continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality, operational continuity and the reliability of information through survey, analysis, testing execution and monitoring of corrective actions.

Evaluate, design and propose initiatives related to processes, systems and technologies.
Carry out survey and functional/technical analysis of requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives of processes and technological platforms.
Run testing and validations to identify alerts and apply corrective improvements.
Participate in the survey of activities according to defined methodologies and procedures.
Ensure the security, integrity and reliability of information and systems.
Collaborate with different user areas to ensure quality IT service and operational continuity.
We are looking for people with an analytical orientation, the ability to work collaboratively and a focus on the continuous improvement of technological processes and services.
🎓 Required training:
Civil Engineering in its various specialties.
Execution Engineering in its various specialties.
University degree of 4 to 5 years.
💼 Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of your specialty.
🛠 Required technical knowledge:
Development on open platforms and Windows environments.
SQLServer.
Programming and scripting: Python, JavaScript (NodeJS) and Bash.
AWS: EC2, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Step Functions, S3 and RDS.
SQL databases: MySQL and Redshift.
Project management and agile work: Jira, GitLab and agile methodologies.
Deployment and infrastructure as code: Git, Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Valued skills:
analysis capacity, teamwork with user areas, orientation to continuous improvement and commitment to the security, integrity and reliability of information.
Proactive attitude to propose initiatives and optimize processes and technological platforms.
Experience collaborating with user areas to ensure quality and operational continuity.
Interest and/or experience applying good security and system validation practices.
