We are looking for a Process Engineer to join a transformation and continuous improvement team in one of the most important financial institutions in the country, participating in optimization and digitalization initiatives of IT processes and business operations.
You will be responsible for analyzing and redesigning IT processes and operational areas, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation and operational risk reduction. You will work closely with development, support, operations and business stakeholders teams, in a highly regulated environment oriented toward continuous improvement.

Analyze, redesign and document IT processes and operational areas, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
Implement continuous improvement projects, using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Collaborate in the digitalization of workflows and reduction of manual activities using technological tools.
Measure and report key indicators (KPI) of efficiency, quality and costs associated with the processes.
Facilitate process survey workshops and change initiatives with multifunctional teams.
Support change management, training and internal communication on new practices and tools.
Work hand in hand with the development, support and operations areas to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Engineering or related careers.
Minimum 3 years experience in process improvement, automation or management roles in technology and IT development companies, ideally in banking, financial services or highly regulated industries.
Experience in developing BPMN flows and requirements matrices.
Ability to analyze data and build solution proposals based on evidence.
Knowledge of digital automation or process diagramming tools (Visio, Bizagi, Power Automate or other equivalents).
Experience in preparing manuals, instructions and presentations for internal teams.
