Monitor infrastructure alerts using Grafana and associated tools, identifying risks and possible oversizing.
Manage and consult databases for incident diagnosis and advanced technical support.
Provide technical support in the resolution of ongoing critical incidents and coordinate with internal teams for their resolution.
Generate technical reports and collaborate in the continuous improvement of service and operational stability.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, document solutions and promote ITIL practices when applicable.

We are looking for an Engineer with training in Computer, Industrial, Electronic Engineering or related careers. You must have experience in infrastructure monitoring or advanced technical support, knowledge of databases and incident analysis skills. Intermediate-advanced command of English, experience with ITIL and communication skills to work in a Customer Success environment are valued.

Experience in cloud environments (Azure or others) and BI tools (Power BI). Knowledge of scripting for basic automation, and ITIL or similar certifications. Customer-oriented approach, prioritization ability, and teamwork in multicultural environments.
