Manage and operate SQL Server, Oracle or other equivalent platforms databases.\nMonitor database performance, growth, availability and alerts.\nPerform routine checks, audit queries, testing, backup and recovery tasks on databases, ensuring the integrity and availability of stored information. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at the level of indices, performance and support.\nWork following ITIL good practices, carrying out activities related to the registration and resolution of incidents, requirements, problems and changes.\nProvide support for requests and incidents, applying DRP when applicable, collaborating with other specialists and escalating with manufacturers if applicable. Manage database backup and recovery tasks.\nControl and maintain the CMDB, the inventory, warranties and licenses of the components of the systems under their responsibility.\nGeneration of statistics and develop reports or other documentation for the operation and improvement of the service.\nEnsure the security of the databases by implementing and maintaining security mechanisms, such as access policies, data encryption and log auditing.\nManage the objects, accesses and users of the databases. data.\nManage database capacity based on reviews, controls and planning of resource use and respective improvements.\nOptimize database performance, identifying and resolving performance problems, performing tuning, index adjustments, procedures, queries and configurations as necessary. \nSupport and collaborate with other specialists in the operation of server platform services.
