We are TRES60, a leading company in technological solutions and telecommunications services for the mining industry, providing services to important clients in the sector nationwide.\n Our purpose is to transform the mining operation through innovation, efficiency and technical excellence, ensuring security, operational continuity and quality of service in each of our projects.\nWe are looking for a CCNA Network Specialist Engineer to join our team.\nObjective of the position\n Provide support and administration of communications networks, ensuring the correct operation of switching, routing and monitoring infrastructure, with a focus on operational continuity and compliance with technical standards. Implement improvements and changes in network infrastructure.\nMain responsibilities\nManage communication networks and associated equipment.\n Manage configurations and support of switches and routers.\n Monitor the performance and status of networks, ensuring early detection of failures and degradations.\n Participate in updating inventory, documentation and configurations.\nParticipate in the implementation of network solutions and improvements, such as performance and capacity optimizations, QoS, network growth, following the corresponding change and configuration management processes.\nPerform configurations, updates and corrective/preventive maintenance on switches, routers, APs, remotely guiding aspects of antennas, radios and physical media.\nManage and resolve incidents, requirements and technical escalation according to operational guidelines. Resolve critical incidents (P1) that affect availability of communication platforms, escalating when appropriate. Prepare root cause analysis of critical incidents and generate associated reports.\nCoordinate integration and support tasks with plant, mine, IT and operation technical teams.\nPerform network traceability and documentation (topologies, configurations, assets).
