Engineer or Technician in Medical Equipment Santiago\n\nJob Objective\nEnsure customer satisfaction by keeping the instruments installed in laboratories, clinics and hospitals in the country in optimal working order, complying with the company's standards, processes and policies.\nMain Functions\n1. Technical Service\nGuarantee the correct functioning of the installed instruments, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction.\nPerform corrective maintenance and emergency actions in a timely and efficient manner, according to the requirements of each case.\nComply with the adequate and timely reporting of all assigned cases, strictly following good documentation practices (GDP).\nActively participate in continuous learning processes through workshops, training or accompaniment with more experienced colleagues, both in theoretical aspects as practical.\nProvide telephone or remote support to clients and colleagues when appropriate.\nMaintain a professional image and a spirit of service perceived as an integral part of the quality offered by the company.\nResponsibly handle all tools delivered by the company, immediately reporting loss or damage.\nEscalate problems that do not have a solution in more than 24 hours, ensuring follow-up until resolution.\nRequest spare parts responsibly, making accurate diagnoses and complying with the established productivity standards.\n2. Reporting\nMaintain all management indicators (KPI) at optimal values, explaining any deviation when appropriate.\nComply with all administrative tasks, timely closing assigned cases and delivering complete documentation: reports, checklists and associated records.\nStrictly comply with the company's internal rules and policies.\nActively participate in assigned training and apply the knowledge acquired in installations, maintenance and service tasks.\n3.
