At the Coomeva Group we make things happen, because by cooperating we are stronger.\n\nAt Coomeva we are looking for an RPA ENGINEER in the city of Cali in charge of:\nEnsuring the implementation and results of the robotics strategy established for the Coomeva Group, developing and adapting a robotic process automation product and transforming its needs into RPA solutions.\nAnalyzing the technical viability of the portfolio of initiatives with the potential to automate, guaranteeing their analysis, evaluation of technical and financial viability.\nConduct and validate the business cases of initiatives\nCarry out continuous monitoring of the candidate initiatives to be automated based on the consolidated list of the process demand.\nIdentify and adapt the best RPA management practices in the organization.\n\nRequirements and conditions:\nAcademic training: Systems engineer, industrial, electronic, telematics or similar.\nDesirable: Specialization in Innovation Management, Digital Transformation or Technology Project Management.\nExperience: Minimum 3 years in business process automation (RPA)\nExperience with RPA technologies, including:\nAutomation Anywhere\nUipath\nPower Automate\nDevelopment of automations\nDesign of hardware and software infrastructure\nSizing of human resources required for prospecting and implementation projects. \nSchedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am 5pm and Saturdays half day\nModality: teleworking, but you must live in Cali\nSalary range: between $6,000,000 - $6,300,000\n\nExtralegal Benefits\nAs a collaborator you will have the option to choose between 25 different products, with a bag equivalent to 50% of your salary, which you can use in different a la carte options such as: Life and Accident Insurance, Extralegal Premiums, Food or Gasoline Cards, Study Assistance, Housing Assistance, Additional Days of Rest in Time, Prepaid Medicine, Complementary Health Plan, Savings Plans, among others. \n\nAssociativity\nIn the Coomeva group our associates and their families are our reason for being, that is why those of us who join one of the Coomeva Group companies do so as collaborators and also as associates, so that we live the Cooperative model and its benefits.
