**COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES - US DOLLARS**
-Training Pay: $4 USD/hour during the first 2 weeks
- Base Pay: $5 USD/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40–46 hours per week
- Performance Increase: Up to $7 USD/hour after 6 months (based on performance review)*
- Commissions: Unlimited sales commissions on top of base pay

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with U.S.-based customers
- Close sales and book service appointments with trusted partners
- Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Manage daily tasks using our in-house CRM and software tools
- Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support
