The position involves instructing participants in management methodology. The sessions will be taught virtually. The candidate will be required to stay up-to-date with proficiency in Prosci's change management products and solutions, combining professional experience with methodology to illustrate the application of change management and answer questions from participants. Additionally, you will work with account executives to establish Prosci as a valued, long-term partner for organizations on their most critical change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Instruct participants in management methodology.

Professional experience along with methodology to illustrate change management and answer questions from participants.
Prepare sessions carefully to provide exceptional learning experiences.
Collaborate with account executives to strengthen relationships with organizations and support their change initiatives.
Requirements:
Presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to teach classes of up to 20 people.
Ability to use professional experience to illustrate change management in practice and enrich the experience of participants.
History of interaction with employees in the process of change, professionals leading the change, and senior managers sponsoring the change.
Familiarity with project and change management methodologies and approaches such as PMBOK, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma.
Confident user of MS 365, online portals, virtual meeting platforms, presentation and survey technology.
Bilingual or fluent in Dutch and English.
Degree level education or equivalent experience.
Flexibility in work hours, especially when teaching virtual classes.
Preferable:
Knowledge of adult learning theories and techniques.
Prosci Practitioner Certification with practical experience in the application of the methodology and tools.
Professional competence in other European languages, especially French or German.
Experience in teaching adults in the business field.
