Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with experience in cash management, customer service and commercial processes, to serve as an Instructor / Trainer in online mode.

The ideal profile should have knowledge in cash operations, cash management, payment methods and customer service, as well as pedagogical skills for the virtual training of future commercial cashiers.

Responsibilities

-Teach virtual classes and workshops on commercial cashier and cash management.
-Teach cash management, cash counting and cash closing processes.
-Train in the use of POS, cards and electronic payment methods.
-Develop practical and updated training material.
-Guide participants in customer service and cash operations simulations.
-Evaluate the learning and performance of attendees.
-Promote good practices in customer service and responsible management of values.

Requirements

-Training in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Customer Service or related areas.
-Verifiable experience as a cashier, cashier supervisor or trainer.
-Knowledge in cash management, cash systems and payment methods.
-Communication, teaching and virtual group management skills.
-Management of digital tools for online training (Teams, Zoom or others).

-Type of contract: For professional services (per project)
-Schedule: According to the course schedule
-Course duration: 1 week (2 hours daily)
-Remuneration: USD 5 per class hour (negotiable depending on experience)
