Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with experience in training, facilitation of learning processes and development of training programs, to work as an Instructor / Trainer in online mode.

The ideal profile should have knowledge of teaching methodologies for adults, instructional design, learning facilitation and evaluation techniques, as well as pedagogical skills to train future trainers and instructors.

Responsibilities

-Teach virtual classes and workshops on training of trainers.
-Teach teaching-learning techniques for adults.
-Train in facilitation methodologies, effective communication and group management.
-Develop practical and updated teaching material.
-Guide participants in presentation exercises, session design and training simulations.
-Evaluate the learning and performance of attendees.
-Promote good training practices, educational leadership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

-Training in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Administration or related areas.
-Verifiable experience as an instructor, facilitator, teacher, trainer or training consultant.
-Knowledge in teaching methodologies for adults, design of training plans and learning evaluation.
-Communication, presentation and virtual group management skills.
-Management of digital tools for online training (Teams, Zoom, Meet or others).
-Certification in training of trainers, facilitation or adult training will be valued.

-Type of contract: For professional services (per project)
-Schedule: According to the course schedule
-Course duration: 1 week (2 hours daily)
-Remuneration: USD 5 per class hour (negotiable depending on experience)
