Job Description

We are looking for a professional with experience in ethno-education to work as an Instructor/Trainer in online mode.

The ideal profile will have solid knowledge in intercultural education, community work and participatory pedagogical methodologies, with skills to facilitate virtual training processes in a dynamic, clear and inclusive way.

Responsibilities

-Teach virtual classes and workshops on ethno-education and intercultural education.
-Design and adapt training materials for virtual environments.
-Facilitate participatory learning processes in online mode.
-Guide participants in practical and dynamic pedagogical activities.
-Evaluate the learning and progress of attendees.
-Promote respect and appreciation of ancestral and cultural knowledge.

Requirements

-Training in Education, Ethnoeducation, Anthropology, Pedagogy, -Social Sciences or related areas.
-Verifiable experience as a teacher, trainer or facilitator of educational processes.
-Knowledge in intercultural education and community work.
-Communication, teaching and virtual group management skills.
-Basic use of digital tools for online classes (Zoom, Teams or others).

Conditions

-Modality: 100% Online
-Type of contract: For professional services (per project)
-Schedule: According to the course schedule
-Course duration: 1 week (2 hours daily)
-Remuneration: USD 5 per class hour (negotiable depending on experience)
