We are looking for a
Computational Thinking and Programming Instructor
to provide training to students of technical-professional education, under a methodology of
Project Based Learning (PBL)
. The program aims to develop skills of
logic, problem solving and programming
, allowing students to apply digital tools in real contexts linked to their specialties. Classes will take place in
face-to-face modality
, in direct coordination with the educational establishment
Saint Nicholas School
, promoting practical, contextualized and progressive learning.
As an instructor of the program, you will be responsible for:
Teach in-person programming and computational thinking classes.
Apply methodology
Project Based Learning (PBL)
.
Guide students in solving problems using computational logic.
Design and adapt practical activities according to the level of the group.
Evaluate learning through projects and applied exercises.
Track student progress.
Execute administrative tasks associated with the course (review, planning, reports).

1. Technical experience
Knowledge in
programming (ideally Python or another similar language)
. Exclusive.
Understanding of concepts
computational thinking
.
Ability to apply programming to practical contexts.
2. Teaching experience
Experience in
teaching, reporting or training of students
. Exclusive.
Experience in
technical-vocational education (TP)
.
Experience applying active methodologies (such as PBL) will be a plus.
3. Complementary skills
Ability to explain concepts in a clear and practical way.
Facilitation and group management skills in face-to-face context.
Organization and planning of classes.
Adaptability to different learning levels.
Educational vocation and motivation to work with young people.
