This role will be responsible for handling policy-related requests, providing assistance to insured clients, and ensuring accurate processing of insurance transactions while delivering excellent customer service.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide daily customer service support for insurance clients.\nProcess policy endorsements, changes, and updates.\nAssist with insurance payments and billing-related inquiries.\nIssue certificates of insurance as requested.\nHandle policy modifications in accordance with carrier guidelines.\nRespond to client inquiries via phone, email, and/or internal systems.\nMaintain accurate documentation and records of all customer interactions.\nEnsure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.\nDeliver professional, timely, and customer-focused service.\n\nQualifications:\nProven experience in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.\nStrong knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, and policy servicing.\nInsurance training certificate and/or active insurance license (preferred).\nAbility to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAdvanced English level (spoken and written).\n\nWork Setup Requirements:\nTo perform this role effectively, you must have:\nA quiet home office space to work optimally.\nA stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).\nA laptop/desktop with updated software.\nA secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.",
