Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.\nThe role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, so a fluent English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $30,000 MXN gross + Incentives\nIn this role, you will be responsible for contacting inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our licensed agents. Your work will play a key role in helping our agency grow by ensuring potential clients are promptly contacted and properly guided toward the right insurance solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCall and follow up with new and existing leads from marketing campaigns and referrals\nQualify prospects by gathering basic information about their insurance needs\nSchedule appointments for licensed agents to review coverage options\nMaintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in our CRM\nFollow up with warm leads who have previously shown interest\nHelp nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent communication\nMeet daily call and appointment-setting targets\n\nQualifications:\nStrong communication and phone skills\nComfortable making a high volume of outbound calls\nOrganized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits\nAbility to build rapport with prospects quickly\nExperience in sales, customer service, or call centers is preferred but not required\nFamiliarity with CRM systems",
