Specialist in Attention and Intake of Cases (Intake Specialist)
We are a law firm dedicated to serious injury cases, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, and accidents involving transportation platforms. Our approach covers both the pre-litigation stage and the litigation itself. We do not handle workers' compensation or products liability cases.
We have a team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff committed to providing high quality legal service.
Mode: 100% Remote
Available shifts:
First shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Arizona time)
Second shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (rest Monday and Friday), 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Arizona time)
Requirements:
English proficiency level C1.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Intake Specialist or in similar legal roles.
Advanced use of computers, VoIP systems and appointment scheduling software.
Experience with CRM or legal management software (Clio, MyCase, Filevine).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Exceptional organization and time management.
High emotional intelligence and empathy.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner following the firm's standards.
Filter and route calls to the appropriate attorney or team member.
Perform basic intake (collect client information, type of case and urgency).
Schedule consultations and appointments in the firm's calendar system.
Manage voice messages and provide timely follow-up.
Provide general information about the firm's services (without legal advice).
Maintain accurate records in the CRM or case management system.
Handle high volume of calls with a calm and courteous attitude.
Strictly comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations.",
