Job Summary:
We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented Intake Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role combines direct interaction with clients and essential administrative tasks. We are looking for someone empathetic, respectful and with great listening skills, capable of transmitting trust and handling sensitive information with care.
Main responsibilities:
Accurately process and enter client and attorney intake information into the case management system.
Prepare and forward correspondence related to new cases to assigned counsel.
Set up accident reports and insurance claims using digital platforms.
Opening and management of contracts and accident reports.
Request medical bills and records for attorney-approved cases.
Perform administrative tasks with a high level of detail.
Answer incoming calls from potential and current clients.
Repeat and confirm key information with clients to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Requirements and skills:
1–2 years experience in customer service roles (Customer Service Representative, Intake Specialist or similar).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and with a high level of precision.
Management of digital documentation and online systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Advanced English level
Empathetic, kind and patient communicator, especially in sensitive or stressful situations.
Attention to detail and sensitivity in the transmission of information.
