We are Latam Doers, a binational BPO firm connecting businesses with talented, bilingual assistants and professionals from Latin America. We are currently seeking an Interior Designer / Architectural Interior Specialist with the following skills and experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Development of interior millwork drawings (closets, kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins).
* Elevations, dimensions, and definition of millwork materials.
* Coordination of millwork with architectural drawings.
* Documentation for pricing and construction.
* Creation of architectural specifications per project.
* Definition of exterior materials, interior finishes, and millwork.
* Clear organization of specifications for client and construction purposes.
* Updating specifications as design progresses.
* Development of reusable base templates.
* Preliminary selection of interior and exterior lighting fixtures.
* Preliminary selection of plumbing fixtures.
* Preliminary selection of finishes (flooring, wall coverings, countertops, wall treatments).
* Preparation of preliminary finish schedules.
