All remote!\n Indefinite-term contract from day 1\n Yes, from the moment you start training you are already hired.\n With all the legal benefits.\n Connectivity bonus of $50,000 COP\n We give you the equipment for operation\n (PC + accessories).\n During selection and training you must have your own equipment.\n Prepaid medicine\n (Applies after completing 1 month in TPU employee fund and 6 months in the company).\n\n TRAINING AND MENTORING\n1 month of training and 1 month of mentoring at a fixed schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (this schedule is not flexible or negotiable), so it is important that you attend the training without any restrictions.\n Salary during training: $1,927,000 COP\nContract signing date: March 16\nTraining start date March 20\n\n FROM THE THIRD MONTH BEGINNING OF OPERATION\nOnce your training and mentoring stage ends, you begin operation with flexible schedules and the salary corresponding to the hours you choose:\n FLEXIBLE schedules (36, 40 or 42 hours per week):\n 36 hours: $2,168,572 + 15% bonuses\n 40 hours: $2,409,524 + 15% bonuses\n 42 hours: $2,530,000 + 15% bonuses\n\nYou can adjust your working day between 7AM and 9PM from Monday to Friday.
