Training

Paid virtual training lasting approximately 2 months.

Training schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

Features
Interpret conversations between patients and health professionals.
Facilitate clear and precise communication between both parties.
Maintain the confidentiality of information.
Follow medical interpretation protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
Advanced English (level C1–C2).
Fluent Spanish.
Computer equipment or device with a stable internet connection.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in interpretation, customer service or call center (desirable).
Availability to complete training.
