We are looking for Medical Interpreters to provide real-time interpretation from English to Spanish and vice versa within the health sector.\nFunctions\nPerform consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between patients, doctors and health personnel.\nFacilitate clear and precise communication during consultations, procedures and medical coordination.\nMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in each interaction.\nTraining\nRemote modality.\nDuration: 3 weeks.\nTraining schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\nHours of Operation\nOnce the training is completed, you will be able to choose your work schedule within the following ranges:\nShift A: Between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.\nShift B (Overnight): From 11:00 p.m.\nYou can choose how many hours to work per week according to the available options.\nYou decide how to distribute your hours within the selected time range.\nMaximum 10 hours of work per day.\nMandatory lunch break from the fourth hour worked.\nRemuneration and Benefits\n\n48, 40, 36, 30 or 23.5 hours a week\nAdditionally:\nVariable bonus of up to 15%.\nInternet bonus: S/ 40 per month.\nSalary increase after 6 months.\nGraduation Bonus.\nAttendance Bonus.\nConditions\nMonday to Friday (except night shift)\nRegular rest: Saturday and Sunday (except overnight hours according to schedule).\nDo not have another job parallel.\nFull availability for training and operations.\nRequirements\nMinimum English level B2+.\nExcellent oral communication in English and Spanish.\nStable internet connection.\nAvailability to work remotely.",
