• You must have at least 6 months of experience as a Bilingual Medical Interpreter (Spanish-English), either by video (VRI) or audio (OPI). We are not looking for profiles exclusively for customer service, sales or bilingual call center.

• You must have worked as a medical interpreter for the last 6 months.

• You must have a C2 level of English and command of medical terminology in both languages.

ABOUT THE POSITION

At E-VOQUE we are looking for Bilingual Video Medical Interpreters (VRI) to work from Colombia under a 100% remote and Part Time modality.

Your main responsibility will be to facilitate communication between patients and health professionals, interpreting Spanish-English medical conversations with precision, confidentiality and in real time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret video consultations and medical encounters between Spanish and English.
• Transmit information completely and accurately, without adding, omitting or modifying the original message.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the information handled during each interaction.
• Appropriately apply medical interpretation protocols and terminology.
• Adapt professionally to different specialties and clinical scenarios.
• Maintain the quality and performance standards established for the service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Spanish-English medical interpreter.
• Have worked as a medical interpreter for the last 6 months.
• English level C2.
• Mastery of medical terminology in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening and handling of confidential information.
• Laptop or PC with Windows 10 or 11 and technical specifications compatible with the service.
• USB Headset compatible with technical requirements (Black Color).
• Stable internet connection and possibility of wired connection.
• Private, quiet workspace suitable for medical video interpretation.
• Availability to work during the Part Time hours established for the campaign.

RATE AND INCENTIVES

USD 5.00 per hour connected to the platform.

• Performance bonuses of up to USD 110, subject to compliance with established metrics and conditions.
