Job Description
At KBB, we are looking for a UX Researcher to join an annual project, with a dedicated assignment to a key client. This role requires focus, autonomy, and the ability to execute research with a direct impact on product decisions.
What will you do in this role?
You will be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing UX and CX studies, working closely with the client team and our internal teams, ensuring methodological rigor and actionable deliverables.
The project lasts one year, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Execution of end-to-end UX/CX research on digital products.
Preparation of topic guides, screeners and research agendas.
Coordination and recruitment of users (contact, invitation and agenda management).
Application of studies such as:
1:1 interviews
Usability testing
Benchmark
Card sorting and tree testing
A/B testing and first click
Focus groups and perception studies
Desk research when applicable.
Session management: recordings, notes and evidence storage.
Qualitative and quantitative analysis (transcriptions, coding, matrices).
Synthesis of findings, generation of insights and recommendations.
Preparation of executive and extended reports.
Monitoring and closure of studies.
Profile we are looking for
Experience as an intermediate level UX Researcher.
Proven ability to execute studies from start to finish.
Practical mastery of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Clear communication and business orientation.
Organization, autonomy and criteria to work with direct stakeholders.
Comfort working remotely.",
