IQMS ERP Systems Engineer (English/Spanish) — Full-Time, Remote, for an international manufacturing company in Mexico.

About the role:
An established manufacturing company in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is looking for an IQMS systems expert to own the implementation and day-to-day operation of their IQMS ERP across the business. Because IQMS expertise is scarce locally, the company is opening the search across Latin America and is fully open to candidates working 100% home office from anywhere in the region.

You’ll be the internal IQMS specialist — the person users go to, the person IQMS support talks to, and the person who decides how the system gets rolled out across departments. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who genuinely enjoys working deep inside an ERP.

What you’ll do:
• Lead the IQMS rollout across all departments of the company
• Train users on the different IQMS modules and keep them productive
• Support users in designing and generating reports (Crystal Reports)
• Maintain direct contact with IQMS to resolve system issues
• Build and administer SQL databases using IQMS data — including design, backup/recovery, security, and performance tuning
• Act as the bridge between production, planning, purchasing, and quality when the system needs to serve all of them

Must have (required):
• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering (Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales)
• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Expert-level hands-on experience with IQMS ERP modules
• Strong SQL database experience across SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle — including design, administration, backup/recovery, and performance tuning
• Crystal Reports report design experience
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes (materials, planning, purchase orders, work orders, product release)

Nice to have (not required):
• Familiar with molding operations (plastic injection molding or similar)
• Prior experience rolling out ERP systems in a multi-department or multi-plant manufacturing environment

Working conditions:
- Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
- Contract (on-site): direct, unlimited after trial period / (remote): most likely freelance
