CoyanServices is looking for an IT Technical Lead for a digital payments platform project. The objective is to design and develop fintech solutions based on serverless architectures on AWS, with a focus on security, scalability and user experience. The candidate will lead initiatives from technical definition to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high-performance DevOps and CI/CD practices. This role is framed within a freelance modality, aimed at professionals from any Latin American country, with an innovation project in digital payments that impacts end users and businesses.

Role objectives:
Lead the design and development of fintech solutions based on serverless technologies.
Define and prioritize technical and business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure continuous, quality delivery through agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Optimize the security, scalability and performance of digital payment products.
Required Technologies: Node.js | Angular | AWS serverless (API gateway + Lambda)
Additional technologies (nice to have): Cognito | RDS | S3 | DynamoDB | GitHub Actions

Responsibilities:
Design and develop fintech solutions with AWS serverless services.
Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prioritize requirements.
Supervise the implementation of projects with the best coding, DevOps and agile practices.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
Ensure the security, scalability and performance of applications.
Mentor the development team by promoting good development practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and security standards.

Technical Requirements and Desirable Skills:
Experience with AWS serverless API gateway + Lambda.
Solid knowledge in CI/CD with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Experience in microservices architectures.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in Languages: Node.js and Angular.
Experience in relational and NoSQL database management.
Leadership, effective communication and results orientation.
Desirable:
Knowledge in Cognito | RDS | S3 | DynamoDB | GitHub Actions
Knowledge of IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.
Previous experience in fintech or banks.
