You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent in the tech industry, utilizing your expertise to enhance our recruitment processes.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.\nUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and international recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.\nConduct initial candidate screenings and interviews in English, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.\nDevelop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.\n\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.\nProficient in using ATS and other recruitment systems.\nExperience with international recruitment.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews in English.\nExtensive knowledge of technology roles, including but not limited to Programmers, Engineers, and Developers.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWork Setup Requirements:\nTo perform this role effectively, you must have:\nA quiet home office space to work optimally.\nA stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).\nA laptop/desktop with updated software.\nA secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.",
