APPOINTMENT SETTER (Health & Fitness Sales) - Spanish + Remote\nWe are looking for a commercially minded Appointment Setter, with growth potential to Closer, to work with prospects (entrepreneurs and professionals) interested in transforming their health and quality of life.\nThis is NOT a customer service role. We are looking for someone capable of confronting, investigating and going deeper, using sales psychology and assertive communication to identify the prospect's true pain point and turn it into a real opportunity for change.\nCities: City of Buenos Aires or City of Córdoba\nModality: Remote\nContract: Contractor\nSchedule: Part time Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Spain Time) / 25 hours weekly\nLanguage: 100% Spanish\nResponsibilities\n- Contact hot leads who have already shown interest in fitness and nutrition programs.\n- Maintain strategic conversations via WhatsApp and calls to understand their current situation, health and goals.\n- Ask direct and in-depth questions about commitment, priorities and investment capacity.\n- Qualify and disqualify prospects according to the ideal profile of the program.\n- Schedule sales calls only with highly qualified leads through Calendly.\n- Update the CRM (Google Sheets) daily and report results.\nRequirements\n- Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales, prospecting or commercial roles (ideally in fitness, nutrition, coaching or wellness).\n- Knowledge or strong interest in the health and quality of life industry.\n- Excellent verbal and written communication.\n- High probing skills, active listening and detection of real needs.\n- Sales mentality: handling objections, resilience and zero emotional attachment to no.\n- Management of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and Calendly.\n- Proactivity, discipline and total openness to daily and direct feedback.",
