Sales Development Representative (Tourism & Hospitality) - REMOTE\nWe are looking for Sales Development Representatives with experience in sales and customer service within the tourism/hospitality sector. The role consists of managing reservations, serving clients and closing sales with incoming leads for an international account in the hotel sector.\n\nCountries: Argentina (All cities)\nSchedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday (2 rotating days off) // 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. (Time slot for assignment of rotating schedules)\n\nContract: Contractor\nModality: Remote\n\n Responsibilities\nManage tour package reservations and coordinate with international hotels.\nServe clients by phone and email.\nIdentify needs and offer personalized solutions.\nClosing sales with incoming leads (not prospecting).\nRegister information in CRM (wired connection required).\nMaintain high quality service and opportunity tracking.\nCollaborate with the team to improve processes.\n\n Requirements\n6 months 1 year of experience in tourism/hospitality/contact centers (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking, etc.).\nEnglish B2+ (C1 preferred).\nThird language such as German or Portuguese (Not mandatory).\nManagement of CRM.\nStudies in tourism, business or related fields (desirable).\nHigh adaptability to rotating schedules and variable breaks.\nCommercial profile, empathetic, convincing and oriented towards closing sales.",
