Sales Operations Analyst (Remote) - Non-sales\nWe are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Revenue team by ensuring reliable data, clear reports and scalable processes.\nCities: Buenos Aires or Córdoba\nSchedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST (Weekends off)\nModality: 100% Remote\nContract: Contractor\n\nReporting & Analytics\n-> Create CRM dashboards with clear visibility on: Commercial activity, pipeline, bookings, renewals and churn\n-> Analyze the entire funnel to detect:Trends, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities\n-> Transform complex data into actionable insights that impact: Inbound/outbound strategies / Account prioritization / Product adoption and retention\nForecasting\n-> Work together with Sales leadership in: Coverage, pacing, deal speed and attainment\n-> Connect the Sales forecast with Finance: Audit and correction of data before the revenue forecast\n-> Build and monitor leading indicators to improve predictability\nData Quality & Governance\n-> Ownership of data quality and consistency in HubSpot and GTM tools\n-> Define standard metrics and ensure their reliability\n-> Run data audits on a recurring basis\nProcesses & Enablement\n-> Document and optimize Lead-to-Cash processes\n-> Accompany onboarding and training of revenue teams\n-> Detect frictions and propose: Automations / System improvements\n-> Ensure cross-functional alignment and clarity in handoffs\nTools & Systems\n-> Support in the administration of: HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, CPQ, Billing Systems, among others\n-> Key link between GTM teams and technical resources\n-> Evaluate and recommend tools to improve reporting and productivity\nRequirements\n-> +3 years of experience in roles such as Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or similar analytical positions\n-> Advanced English C1 (Required)\n-> Experience in CRM reporting (HubSpot desirable)\n-> Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups)\n-> Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, churn, NRR)\n-> Analytical, detailed and communicative profile",
