In this strategic position, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in our production chain by identifying critical control points and defining monitoring tools. We are looking for a leader with a vision of continuous improvement, capable of directing root cause analysis and guaranteeing the effectiveness of action plans in collaboration with the Assembly and Engineering areas.\nIndispensable Requirements:\nTraining: Professional in Production, Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering.\nPostgraduate: Desirable in Management, Projects or Administration.\nExperience: 5 to 7 years in quality control or management, preferably in the industry automotive.\nLanguages: English level B2 (Upper Intermediate) certified.\nTools: Excel intermediate level and Power BI desirable.\nLocation: Rionegro and Guarne.\nMain Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and monitor quality management indicators.\nAccompany analysis of problems by identifying causes and defining action plans.\nDesign and implement surveillance plans for compliance with variables.\nDefine methodologies for management of non-quality costs.\nGuarantee updating of documentation and participate in audits.\nConditions:\nContract: Direct with the company.\nHours: Monday to Friday\nExtralegal benefits",
