Requirements
Minimum experience of 3 years in collections, debt recovery, microcredit, fintech or bank collections.
Experience leading collection departments or teams (Head of Collections, Head of Collections, Collections Manager or similar positions).
Solid knowledge of all stages of debt recovery (Early, Mid and Late Collection).
Experience developing and implementing strategies to improve recovery and reduce delinquencies.
Mastery of collection KPIs and analysis of performance indicators.
Analytical skills and experience working with Excel, Google Sheets and reports.
Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and team management skills.
Results orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive strategy of the collections department.
Manage and develop the team of supervisors and operators, ensuring compliance with the area's objectives.
Define, monitor and optimize the main KPIs of the department: recovery, delinquencies, fulfilled payment promises, effective contacts, productivity, operational efficiency and SLA.
Analyze indicators and propose actions to increase the profitability of the portfolio and reduce the level of default.
Design and implement new strategies, processes and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor the quality of collection management and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage complex cases, escalations and support decision making in critical situations.
Coordinate training, development and coaching of supervisors and operators.
Prepare executive reports and present results, analysis and action plans to management.
Collaborate with the Risk, Operations, Customer Service and Technology areas to optimize recovery processes.
Participate in resource planning, team structure and department growth.
Ensure compliance with the financial and operational objectives of the collections area.",
