Job Description
At VAIN, a construction company with more than 30 years of experience in the construction area, the Technology area develops its own software for internal use.
The position of product and project manager reports to the Technology Management and seeks to manage the end-to-end life cycle of new functionalities and improvements of the main product, ensuring that the development team delivers solutions aligned to the business value and that their implementation, training and adoption are successful by users.

Features
A. Product Management
Survey, analyze and document processes, needs and requirements of internal or external clients.
Define functional acceptance criteria, flows, use cases and validations.
Prioritize requirements and keep the backlog updated.
Monitor product adoption and compliance with committed value.
Identify continuous improvements and new development opportunities.
Ensure functional documentation is up to date.
B. Project Management
Plan, execute and control development and implementation projects.
Coordinate with developers, QA and others involved.
Formally manage scope changes in a clear and timely manner.
Document progress and communicate status to internal clients.
C. Implementation, Training and Start-up
Coordinate functional tests, validations and controls prior to go-live.
Conduct training for end users and create training material.
Accompany the initial start-up (functional onboarding).
Monitor early adoption and resolve initial incidents.
Technical skills
Process analysis skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional flows.
Tools: Jira / DevOps / Notion / Miro or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of architecture and APIs.
Desirable competencies
Capacity for synthesis and clear communication.
Collaborative leadership with technical teams.
Order and rigor in documentation.

Benefits
The company does not work from the Friday before December 23 until January 2, nor the week of national holidays, nor on Mondays when Tuesday is a holiday, nor on Fridays when Thursday is a holiday. Against that, 5 days of vacation are deducted.
