And at Indra Group, were looking for yours.\nWere currently looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team!\n\n Position Summary:\nAs an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead critical infrastructure initiatives across the organization, including DR, obsolescence, hardening, security, monitoring, and vulnerability management. Though this role is primarily focused on Project Management, a solid technical background in infrastructure is essential to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and ensure successful project delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong experience managing infrastructure projects (DR, obsolescence, hardening, security, monitoring, patching, vulnerabilities).\nTechnical background is mandatory, preferably as a System Engineer or in IT Operations.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for working with multiple teams across the bank.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment.\nExperience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive problemsolving.\nAbility to prepare project plans from highlevel to detailed technical tasks, including estimations and role definitions.\nExperience working in ITILbased environments (Change, Incident, Service Management).\n\n Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing software-related projects, understanding SDLC and product lifecycle.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\nLead endtoend infrastructure projects ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.\nCoordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.\nBuild and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.\nIdentify risks early and implement mitigation/walkaround strategies.\nEnsure compliance with ITIL practices across project activities.\nProvide clear communication, updates, and documentation to all involved teams.\n\n Why youll love being a Minsaiter:\n100% remote work model.\nWork schedule: M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\nFull EPS coverage.\nCareer development opportunities.\nCorporate discounts.\nErgonomic work kit.",
