The ideal candidate will be the link between the engineering team and the end client, ensuring technical excellence and maintaining a relationship of trust and satisfaction with stakeholders.\n \nMain Responsibilities\nLife Cycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of network infrastructure projects.\nCustomer Interface: Act as the main point of contact, translating technical requirements into business solutions.\nScope Control: Manage assigned resources and compliance with deadlines (SLA).\nTeam Leadership: Coordinate with technicians to align technical implementation with business commitments.\nRisk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks and design mitigation plans.\n\nTechnical Requirements \nNetwork Experience: Deep understanding of OSI models, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), perimeter security, connectivity (MPLS, VPN) and IP telephony.\nMethodologies: PMP (PMI) or Prince2 Certification.
