At BICE Vida we are looking for an IT Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing and controlling technological projects, ensuring their correct planning, execution and compliance, in coordination with the business areas, technical teams and suppliers, ensuring operational continuity, security and alignment with the company's technological strategy.
What will be its purpose?
The main objective of the position will be to lead the management of technological projects and contribute to the design and improvement of the IT architecture, ensuring efficient, secure solutions aligned with the standards defined by the organization.
Within the role you will:
Comprehensively manage technological projects, from their definition to their closure.
Raise, document and keep systems, platforms and technological assets updated.
Coordinate with business areas, suppliers and internal teams to meet project objectives.
Define work plans, resource estimation, deadlines and risks.
Supervise the progress of projects, controlling scope, times and budget.
Identify risks, manage changes and propose timely solutions.
Define technological architecture guidelines and standards.
Evaluate current technologies and propose improvements or new solutions.
Periodically report the status of projects to stakeholders.
Lead work teams, promoting commitment and achievement of results.

Professional training in Computer Engineering, Systems or related career.
Experience in technological project management.
Knowledge of solutions architecture and IT platforms.
Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Certifications or training in project management, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI or other related projects are desirable.
