You will be the technical-functional reference to lead the implementation and evolution of VTEX, integrating conversational sales channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) through Social Selling platforms. You work at the intersection between technology, business and omnichannel shopping experience.

Lead VTEX implementation, migration and evolution projects.
Implement Social Selling channels (Wenny, Respond.io, Emplifi) integrated into the VTEX ecosystem.
Design conversational sales flows: assisted sales, abandoned cart and after-sales.
Coordinate development teams, internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Manage backlog, schedules, UAT, risks and scope changes.
Define and monitor eCommerce and Social Selling KPIs reporting to management.

+5 years in eCommerce project management.
Mandatory VTEX: IO/Legacy/FastStore architecture, catalog, OMS, REST APIs and integrations with ERPs and payment gateways.
Experience in at least one Social Selling platform: Wenny, Respond.io or Emplifi, with integration to VTEX.
Management of WhatsApp Business API (WABA) and conversational channels.
English B1–B2 (technical and conversational).
Training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or similar.
Desirable: agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in migrations from Magento or Shopify.
