We are looking for a Project Manager / IT Project Leader to lead an Oracle MFP (Multifunction Printer) upgrade, which involves migrations, integrations and ensuring business continuity. The candidate will join an agile team, oriented to deliver value quickly and with high quality, and will be responsible for the planning, execution and control of complex projects, managing stakeholders and Oracle technology risks.

Main functions
Define and manage the scope, schedule and budget of the Oracle MFP upgrade, ensuring compliance with objectives and quality.
Coordinate multifunctional teams (IT, development, infra, QA) and manage communications with business stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate and mitigate technical and operational risks; manage changes and version control.
Plan migrations, tests, deployments and post-implementation support; ensure business continuity.
Manage external suppliers and resources, and ensure adherence to good governance practices and agile methodologies.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to management; deliver technical and management documentation.
Job Description
We are looking for a leader with verifiable experience in Oracle technology projects and MFP system upgrades. The ideal candidate will master the management of complex projects, team coordination and communication with business and technology areas. Experience in integrated environments, infra consolidation and critical migrations will be an advantage, as well as the ability to work under pressure while maintaining operational excellence. You must be proactive, results-oriented, with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and a clear focus on delivering value to the business.
Desirable
Previous experience leading upgrades of Oracle MFP or equivalent systems; certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) and/or agile (SAFe, SCRUM). Knowledge of migrations, testing and business continuity strategies. Negotiation skills, communication in English (technical level) and ability to influence at management level.
