Objective and scope of the function
Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and contractors for the efficient and secure execution of the telecommunications project.
Manage planning, scope, schedule and budget, ensuring compliance with SLA and technical standards.
Maintain fluid communication with areas and stakeholders, presenting progress, risks and mitigations clearly.
Supervise installation, integration and maintenance of networks (fiber, radio links, satellite, private 5G) and their interoperability with IoT, SCADA and industrial automation.
Ensure operational continuity, risk management and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers, evaluating performance and deliverables.
Report progress and results in a transparent and documented manner to senior management.

Requirements, skills and experience
Training: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networks, Industrial or related. Postgraduate degree in Project Management or formal certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) is desirable.
Experience: minimum 3 years managing telecommunications projects in industrial or highly technically complex environments, ideally in mining or energy.
Knowledge: telecommunications networks, fiber optics, radio links, satellite links, private 5G communications, IoT, SCADA and industrial automation.
Skills: effective communication, leadership, negotiation, management of multidisciplinary teams, writing technical reports and ability to make decisions in critical environments.
Languages: intermediate English.
Availability to travel regularly to productive locations in northern Chile and work in person in Las Condes, Santiago.

Desirable competencies
Previous experience in technological modernization projects in mining-energy sectors.
Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental standards applicable to industrial telecommunications.
Approach aimed at continuous improvement and organizational change management.
