ZiYU is a company focused on software development for the logistics industry. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a
Implementation Project Manager
, who will be responsible for leading implementation projects of our technological solutions in clients in the logistics and transportation sector.
The selected person will be responsible for coordinating internal and external teams, managing the progress of projects and ensuring correct implementation of solutions for clients.

Functions of the position
Lead software implementation projects from kick-off to production.
Coordinate internal development, support, product and integrations teams.
Manage the relationship with clients throughout the implementation process.
Raise functional requirements and translate them into clear definitions for the technical team.
Track project planning, milestones, risks and deliverables.
Coordinate functional tests and accompany the UAT process with the client.
Document relevant project processes, configurations and decisions.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope and quality of the project.

Requirements
Professional in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
+2 experience
years managing software implementation projects
.
Knowledge in
project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum or similar)
.
High capacity
management, organization and communication with clients
.
Basic knowledge in
SQL or data analysis
.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday or others).

Desirable
Experience in the logistics industry.
Experience in
SaaS or logistics software implementations
.
Knowledge in
API integrations
.
