Job Description\n We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with demonstrable experience in managing technological projects and who can also perform Product Owner functions, leading high-impact initiatives, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of continuous value to the business areas.\n The selected person will be responsible for the planning, execution and closure of projects, as well as the definition and evolution of the product, guaranteeing clear and effective communication with high-level stakeholders.\nMain responsibilities\n Project Management Projects\n Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of technological projects.\n Manage risks, dependencies, incidents and changes.\n Coordinate internal teams and promote good work practices.\n Prepare executive reports, KPIs and presentations for senior management.\n Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, quality and budget.\n Conduct meetings and follow-up ceremonies in agile or traditional methodologies.\n Ensure the effective use of tools such as Jira and platforms. SAP HANA as appropriate.\nFunctions as Product Owner\n Define, organize and prioritize the Product Backlog, aligning it with strategic business objectives.\n Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.\n Ensure that the technical team understands the what and why of each initiative.\n Actively participate in agile ceremonies: refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.\n Monitor product value metrics and propose improvements continuous.\n Perform functional validations prior to deliveries and deployments.\n Act as a bridge between business areas, end users and technical teams.\nJob requirements\n Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Industrial, Execution or related career.\n Minimum 5 years leading technological projects.\n Experience in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.\n Knowledge or participation in projects on SAP HANA is desirable.\n Previous experience as a Product Owner or direct participation in digital product development processes.\n Exceptional oral and written communication skills.\n Order, prioritization, analytical thinking and results orientation.\n Proactivity and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.\nKey competencies\n Leadership and team management\n Effective communication\n Prioritization and strategic approach\n Self-management and organization\n Ability to relate to high-level stakeholders",
