🌟What will you do as Project Manager?
Your main challenge will be to plan, coordinate and lead iConstruye implementation and integration projects for clients, building and documenting the implementation model according to its operation and processes, to ensure a successful start-up, in a timely manner, with effective adoption of the platform and achievement of committed business value. Managing scope, schedule, risks and quality, articulating internal teams and client stakeholders to enable change and operational continuity.
Your responsibilities?
Plan, execute and control iConstruye implementation and integration projects from kickoff to post-go-live stabilization.
Survey, analyze and document the operation, processes and client requirements to build the implementation model (scope, stages, deliverables, dependencies).
Ensure compliance with scope, deadlines, quality and success criteria, managing scope changes in a formal and timely manner.
Monitor early adoption and compliance with the committed value during the initial use phase.
Manage expectations and maintain constant communication with clients, management and internal teams.
Prepare and present executive reports (progress, risks, pending decisions, upcoming milestones), ensuring alignment and timely decision making.
Encourage collaboration and ensure compliance with responsibilities.
Identify risks, dependencies and assumptions of the project from the initial survey.
Define and execute mitigation plans, with early escalation where appropriate.
Ensure the quality of the configuration, parameterization and integrations, coordinating tests, validations and controls before go-live.
Document lessons learned and opportunities for improvement at the close of each project.
Design and maintain project management methodologies and frameworks in the organization.
Ensure continuous improvement in execution processes.

Training
: Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related career.
Experience: 1-2 years maximum (exclusive)
Technical knowledge
:
Project management methodologies (
PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
).
Use of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Knowledge of budget, risk and resource management.
Experience in integrations, APIs and digital transformation projects is desirable.
