Comprehensively plan, coordinate and execute the recruitment and selection processes for the company's different clients, guaranteeing timely coverage of vacancies, compliance with the required profiles and agreed service levels.

Main roles and responsibilities

* Lead and supervise the team of recruiting analysts, ensuring correct assignment of workloads and compliance with individual and group goals.

*Manage massive, operational, administrative and specialized recruitment processes according to client needs.

*Coordinate the reception and analysis of personnel requirements, validating profiles, coverage times and working conditions.

* Design and execute talent attraction strategies that allow compliance with hiring volumes and established times.

Home Office position, but with availability to come to the office when required.
