Job Description

Receive and deliver the shift, verifying news and pending items.
* Perform roll call of security personnel.
* Verify that all elements are properly uniformed and with the corresponding equipment.
* Confirm that each element is in the assigned position.
* Distribute staff according to the operation and service needs.
* Supervise compliance with the specific instructions of each position.
* Conduct periodic supervision tours during the shift.
* Verify the correct operation of booths, accesses, surveillance points and assigned areas.
* Supervise the control of entries and exits of staff, visitors, suppliers and vehicles.
* Verify that records and logs are filled out correctly.
* Maintain constant communication with the elements by radio or authorized means.
* Attend and immediately report any incident, anomaly or risk situation.
* Coordinate the initial emergency response in accordance with established protocols.
* Inform the immediate superior about any relevant situation that occurred during the shift.
* Prepare the news report and corresponding reports.
* Record absences, delays, job abandonments or any staff incident.
* Make position or coverage changes when necessary to maintain the operation.
* Supervise the proper use of radios, lamps, keys, vehicles and other assigned equipment.
* Verify that staff maintain professional conduct and appropriate treatment towards workers, visitors and clients.
* Prevent elements from leaving their position without authorization or without having the corresponding coverage.
* Follow up on special instructions communicated by the client or the company.
* Report unsafe conditions, damage, vulnerable access or situations that may affect safety.
* Support in the attention and documentation of incidents.
* Verify that at the end of the shift the positions are covered and with the corresponding information for the next shift.
* Formally hand over the shift, including news, pending items, instructions and equipment under guard.",
