Job Description

An international company in the trading and investment field is looking for a Head of Sales Department to scale the business and develop the team.

WHAT WE OFFER:

High income: base salary from 1000 USD + part of bonus (negotiated individually).

Target clients only: work with warm leads generated by marketing.

Remote format: full day, schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (Moscow time).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization and development of the sales department.

Holding meetings with clients and monitoring closing processes.

Training and development of the management team.

Configuration and control of KPIs, implementation of scripts and sales tools.

Team development and motivation to improve indicators.

Interaction with management regarding strategic issues.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Sales experience from 1 year; Management experience is an advantage.
Proven results: compliance with KPIs and improvement of indicators.
Strong leadership qualities: ability to inspire and teach others.
Excellent communication skills (Russian, Spanish C2).
Management of CRM and digital sales tools.
Stress resistance and results orientation.
Stable internet connection, camera and headphones.
