The project covers the design and implementation of training and development programs and actions to enhance the performance and development of people, strengthen key talent and foster a solid organizational culture, in order to contribute to business results and the sustainability of the organization. The Head of Training and Development leads strategic initiatives to expand capabilities, manage budgets and coordinate teams and suppliers, ensuring impact and sustainability.

Main functions
Define the training and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead projects that strengthen internal talent and accelerate the development of leaders.
Manage resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring impact and sustainability.
Coordinate teams and suppliers to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the programs.

Requirements and profile
We present a profile oriented to results and leadership. We are looking for professionals with training in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration Engineering or related careers. Consolidated experience in training and development roles (not exclusive), management of significant budgets (exclusive) and ability to lead complex teams will be an advantage. Strategic vision skills, analytical capacity, results orientation and ability to work in dynamic environments are required. Innovation, adaptability and focus on organizational culture are valued.

Desirable
Experience in management of training projects at an organizational level, management of learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge of trends in talent development (not exclusive). Communication, negotiation and teamwork skills, as well as commitment to inclusion and diversity.
