Company: Agrosuper is a leading company in the production of food for the local and international market, with more than 13,000 people and presence in Chile and global markets. This role supports the Doñihue Food Processing Plant in the Metropolitan Region. The objective of the position is to coordinate and supervise the strategy of the planning area to guarantee compliance with preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance, project management and continuous improvement of maintenance processes through reliability analysis. The Head of Planning and Projects will work closely with engineering, operations and maintenance teams to align projects with production, reliability and efficiency goals.

Main functions
Coordinate the strategy of the planning area, guaranteeing compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance and the management of industrial projects.
Manage Gantt chart and ensure the execution of critical project activities in the plant.
Direct and develop work teams, assigning tasks, monitoring milestones and evaluating results.
Participate in investment planning and continuous improvement projects of the maintenance process, with a focus on reliability and availability.
Collaborate with suppliers and third parties to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements and profile
We are looking for professionals with training in Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Civil Engineering or related careers. Experience in civil works, electrical assemblies and cooling systems will be an advantage, as well as use of project management tools and advanced office automation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate team leadership skills, analytical thinking, results orientation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Power BI will be an advantage, as well as experience in maintenance management and availability to work in the plant and in the region.

Desirable profile
Proven experience leading engineering and operations projects in the food or process industry. Knowledge of reliability, reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and enterprise asset management (EAM). Effective communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence high-impact decisions.
