Job Description

An important Customs Agency is looking to add to its team a Head of People Management, a professional with a comprehensive vision of Human Resources, capable of leading the processes of remuneration, labor relations, organizational development and regulatory compliance, ensuring the operational continuity of the area and support for more than 120 collaborators.\nMain responsibilities\nLead the complete process of monthly remunerations, including advances, settlements, settlements and forecast contributions.\nManage platform BUK and control attendance, shifts, vacations, medical leaves and labor documentation.\nCoordinate remuneration audits with Deloitte and the internal accounting team.\nLead recruitment and selection processes, induction, training and benefits administration.\nManage contracts, annexes, labor documentation and compliance with current legislation.\nCoordinate internal investigations and administration of the complaints mailbox in accordance with Karin Law.\nActively participate in audits and maintain ISO certifications 9001 and OAS.\nSupervise Risk Prevention management and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.\nManage documentation, procedures and internal controls associated with certifications and legal compliance.\nRequirements\nProfessional degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration Engineering or related career.\nAt least 3 to 5 years of experience leading general areas of Human Resources.\nVerifiable experience in remuneration and administration of HR platforms, ideally BUK.\nSolid knowledge of Chilean labor legislation.\nExperience in external audits and documentary control (ISO, OAS or similar).\nExcel management at intermediate level.\nExperience in logistics companies, foreign trade, customs agencies or services is desirable.\nWe are looking for a person with\nHigh capacity for organization and planning.\nClose leadership and skills to generate relationships of trust.\nFlexibility and adaptation to environments dynamic.\nAutonomy, initiative and results orientation.\nAbility to work under pressure and prioritize multiple processes simultaneously.\nConditions\n Workplace: Valparaíso.\nModality: 100% face-to-face.\nPosition with leadership responsibility and direct participation in the People Management strategy.",
